Drawing on her significant experience, Miss Nadarajah prides herself in providing the highest level of care, advice, and treatment for her patients. Her involvement in research projects both nationally and internationally has ensured she is at the forefront of new treatments for her patients. 

Miss Nadarajah's interest in service development led her to complete the postgraduate certificate in clinical leadership in 2013, and the Mary Seacole Leadership programme in 2015. She prides herself in developing services, including setting up one-stop retinal clinics in Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in 2013, working in partnership with community optometrists for post cataract surgery review in Moorfields Croydon in 2016, and developing virtual clinics in Surrey and Sussex Healthcare Trust. She continues to develop ophthalmic services by optimising and directing technology to widen the accessibility of treatments.

Dr Amit Chatree is an exceptionally skilled and renowned consultant gastroenterologist, currently practising in Newcastle upon Tyne. Dr Chattree specialises in advanced therapeutic endoscopy with high-quality outcomes.  He is an accredited endoscopist for the NHS Bowel Cancer Screening Programme and is a nationally recognised expert in small bowel endoscopy. He leads the small bowel department at South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust, the main tertiary referral centre for double-balloon enteroscopy and capsule endoscopy for the North East and Cumbria. He is also the Course Director for the renowned Lumley Castle European Capsule Endoscopy Course and a faculty member of the Sheffield Capsule Endoscopy Course.

He is a nationally and internationally renowned gastroenterologist.  He is an invited speaker at national and international conferences and remains active in teaching and research internationally.  He is a national assessor for small bowel endoscopy and is the Royal College of Physicians’s national lead for the small bowel capsule endoscopy certification pathway.  He is also a faculty member of the prestigious international teaching academy IRCAD.

Dr Chattree sees a wide variety of gastroenterology and hepatology cases and is often asked to provide a second opinion for complex cases.

As a consultant, she has significantly contributed to the field of gastroenterology, securing an NIHR award that she utilised to enhance IBD services for patient care. Additionally, she notably established the Bravo Catheterless pH monitoring service to advance the hospital's oesophageal diagnostic capabilities and currently sits on the British Society of Gastroenterology’s adolescent section committee, where as a previous chair she completed a project on setting research priorities for digital technology for adolescents and young people with IBD and now leads the transition guidelines.

She is the cataract lead at Hillingdon, known for a meticulous approach to surgery with a complication rate below the national average (National Ophthalmology Database) and is often referred complex cases to manage by her colleagues. She has extensive experience in using standard and specialist intraocular lenses, including toric lenses for astigmatism, EDOF (extended depth of focus) and trifocal IOLs. She is careful in individually assessing each patient for their suitability for the range of premium IOL options, with a full discussion of the benefits and drawbacks of each.
 
Research interests include spectacle independence after cataract surgery, being lead investigator on one of the first large RCTs (randomised controlled trial) comparing a multifocal IOL with an accommodative and monofocal IOL. She is also interested in dry eye and contributed to NICE guidelines on osmolarity testing for dry eye diagnosis. She has presented her research, and been an invited speaker, both nationally and internationally.
 
Ms Harman has trained many ophthalmic surgeons over the years and is college tutor and educational supervisor for a generation of North Thames trainees. She regularly teaches on the RCOphth microsurgical skills course.

He then completed his senior surgical training and higher degree in cancer research in Leicester. 

Further training saw him gain specialist experience in upper gastrointestinal and obesity surgery with University Hospitals of Leeds, now Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, and he also trained in laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery in the city. He also has international experience, visiting the Cancer Institute Hospital of the Japanese Foundation for Cancer Research in Tokyo.

His special clinical interest in acid reflux treatment and weight loss has seen him form part of the UK Reflux Interest Group and became a fellow of the British Obesity Surgical Society where he was awarded the first surgical fellowship in the UK. He also has a certificate in laparoscopic obesity surgery from the European School of Laparoscopic Surgery in Brussels. He now offers medical weight loss advice and Wegovy and Monjaro.
